Recovery & Support

"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith." Galatians 6:9-10

Our Areas of Work

Hospital Visitation

A cheerful face in the midst of illness brings a ray of hope and reassurance. Hospital visitors express the love of the church and let people know they are being prayed for during times of illness and recovery. Lay Eucharist ministers are available to bring communion to the hospital.

Homebound Visitation

People who are unable to leave their homes or attend church, due to illness or age, are visited on a regular basis by a friendly and supportive member of this ministry for prayer, conversation and companionship.

Altar Flower Delivery

Following the Sunday services, the altar flowers may be given or delivered to ill or grieving parishioners.

Home Communion

Lay Eucharistic ministers may take the Sacrament, consecrated at the celebration of the Eucharist, to members of our parish who, through illness or infirmity, are unable to come to church.

Confession

Confidential sacramental confession with a priest, covering specific issues or one’s whole life. Contact Dillon Ekle to make an appointment.
