Introducing…
We are switching our church management system from CCB to Planning Center. We believe this will provide a much more streamlined and singular connection to all of our administrative functions, as well as improving our engagement with one another. Here’s a list of what will be included:
People: The central database that stores congregation records, contact information, and household details.
Services: Tools to plan worship services, schedule volunteers, and manage music and rehearsals. (We’ve been using this one for years!)
Check-In: A secure system to safely check children into ministries and track attendance.
Giving: A secure platform for managing online donations, tithes, and reporting. Super easy to use as well as access your giving record.
Groups: A system to organize small groups, manage calendars, and facilitate member communication.
Calendar: A clear, easy to follow schedule for all church related activities. And registrations for events are directly connected to the registration app below!
Registrations: Tools to manage event registration, and coordinate sign-ups.
The first thing you will want to do, is download the Church Center app. All of our new apps will be available in one place on your phone!
Not an “App Person?”
If you’re not an “app person,” and don’t like QR codes, you can simply access all of these features on your computer as well. Just click HERE
Please help us by updating your contact info!
Be sure to include your household members and birthdays, so we can include you in the Prayers of the People. This updated information will be kept safe in our church records, and will help our Admin staff to reach out to you if needed.
NOTE: All of your information will be kept secure and unavailable on the web!
You can fill out our new Contact Update form either on your new Church Center app, or right HERE. If you are on the worship team or a volunteer at Holy Trinity, be sure to use the same email address when you update your records. This will automatically link your information.
Church Directory
Once we start receiving contact updates, we will start sending out invitations for our Church Directory. This Directory is specifically designed for our church people, and will help you to easily find others here at Holy Trinity and enable you to contact them directly through a secure Contact button.
what’s the difference between People and the Directory?
Planning Center People is the master administrative database for church staff to manage records, workflows, and volunteer assignments. The Directory is a public, congregation-facing feature inside the Church Center App that allows members to safely share their contact information with each other
We will be switching from PushPay to Planning Center Giving on September 30th. Please be sure to update your payment method before then. You will still be able to use the GIVING button on our website, but if you access it after the 30th, you will be required to reenter your payment method.
RECURRING GIFTS
Recurring payments will need to be set up again. But this should only take you a few minutes and you will be all set! And you will be happy to hear that this new method of giving is much easier to access your giving records!
