We offer several points of access to the Care resources at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. If you are in need of care or support, please take advantage of one or more of these avenues.

Church Community Builder (CCB)

Our CCB environment is one of the main platforms we use to communicate with our Church Family and to receive communications from individuals and families.

Our Congregational Care Request Form is an easy and quick way to send a request for help or support directly to the Care Team in the Church Office. You can submit a form for yourself or on behalf of another. We always - ALWAYS - want to know when there is a need. To access the form, click on the form name above or CLICK HERE.

Congregational care coordinator

The Church’s pastoral staff — priests and deacons — are points of direct access to the care mechanisms at Holy Trinity. If you or someone you know has need for care of support, please talk with Pastor Matt, Pastor Al or Pastor Chris or contact one of our deacons — Mark Summers or Ed Luminati.
