Dear Holy Trinity Family,

Would you like to hear what God is confirming in you and, in turn, confirm your faith in Him in the midst of your church family?

Confirmation is often called "lay ordination." It is a worship service in which the bishop lays his hands on us (a very biblical idea) as we confirm our relationship with God, but *also* to seek God's confirmation of His plans for us!

It's often, but by no means exclusively, a time for those baptized as infants to fully realize their baptismal promises by public proclamation of their faith. It really is for anyone of, say, 14 years thru adulthood, who may have been baptized as a child *or* simply desires to seek God's "Yes" for them.

Irrespective of life stage, it has always required preparation.

So we spend 8 evenings, plus a day retreat, exploring our faith, specifically our Anglican-informed faith, via the classic English Reformation Catechism, stretching back to the early centuries, as well as personal prayer and self reflection.

You are welcome to come to the first class and decide if this is for you.
